The hotel is located near Sportgastein, the world famous spa. The underground shelter can be reached in only 2 minutes by car.

A ski school and ski renting shop is located next to the hotel as well as a cross-country ski run with artificial light until 22:00.

Other attractions are the Altböckstein, the Montan museum, the Wallfahrtskirche (church), the Knappensiedlung and the famous gold wash place.

Payment and cancelation conditions

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.67 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
